Publication Fees

1. Introduction to Publication Fees
At IJDMMS, we strive to maintain the highest quality in academic publishing. To support the journal’s operations, there is a publication fee for all accepted articles. These fees cover the costs associated with peer review, editing, typesetting, and hosting of the articles online.

2. Types of Fees
Our fees are structured as follows:

• Article Processing Charge (APC):
  This fee applies once your article has been accepted for publication and covers the costs of the peer review process, editing, typesetting, and hosting the article.
  
  

  • Fee Amount: $20 USD For International Authors & ₹ 999 INR for Indian Authors.
    
    

• Optional Additional Fees:

  • No Additional Fees

3. Payment Process
After your article is accepted for publication, we will send you an email containing the payment details. The payment can be made through the following methods:

• Paytm / PhonePe / GooglePay / UPI

• Credit/Debit Card

• Bank Transfer
  
  

Payment must be completed before your article is published. The email will include all necessary instructions to facilitate the payment process.

4. Fee Waivers & Discounts
We understand that financial constraints may limit some authors from paying publication fees. Therefore, we offer fee waivers on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to apply for a fee waiver, please contact us at [email address] after your article has been accepted.

Discounts may also be available for students or early-career researchers. Please inquire about this option after your article acceptance.

5. Refund Policy
Once payment has been processed and the article has been accepted for publication, no refunds will be provided. However, if your article is rejected after payment has been made, you may be entitled to a refund.
